As we complete or near completion of treatment for my children, Brianna, Linda, Jadon, Brandon and Dallin Quinn, I wanted to share with you how very pleased we have been with your practice. From the first visit, we were impressed with how neat and clean your office was and loved that when we arrived we were generally greeted by you and your staff remembering all of names. The decor of the office is inviting and warm which always put us at ease.
During the consultation phase, I felt that you took a lot of time to explain to me the program, outlining the orthodontic treatment and options. You answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and secure in understanding what was going to happen and the time frame for each child. I was impressed with the technology that your office uses that you could so easily pull up x rays on the computer and loved that each child's photo was on the computer when we were looking at their plan. I never felt rushed and I have always felt that any of my questions or concerns were addressed and explained. I felt that if there was a question that the office staff could not answer, that you were always available to talk to me.
When I told Jadon that I was going to write this today, he said, "tell Dr. Saini he is the best doctor I have ever had". My kids have really actually enjoyed coming to their appointments. They feel that you have gotten to know each of them personally and they like seeing you. I have been so impressed with how well you interact with the kids. I will never forget when Dallin brought in yarn bracelets he was making and selling that you bought a couple and also encouraged him in his business endeavor. Your sense of humor is fabulous and coming to the office has been fun for the kids.
I love your office staff, especially Laura. They are always so very nice and warm and friendly. Any questions about payment, they immediately know the answers to and are helpful and making appointments has been easy because they seem so organized. It has been nice that your office is so calm and that your waiting room has some games and toys to keep the kids occupied for the few moments while they wait for their turn. Your staff does a great job scheduling the appointments as there is hardly a wait, which with kids schedules these days, is really nice to be able to be seen so quickly upon
arriving.
We have appreciated your incredible heart of generosity in working with our family. We appreciate the payment plan that has allowed us to make orthodontics something we could do for our children. We have been nothing but extremely impressed by every aspect of the kids treatment.
